In order to qualify for a recording contract an artist or a band SHOULD HAVE:

1. Have professionally produced demos or master recordings of original music.
2. NO COVER SONGS may be submitted.
3. Have music available in a format that can be uploaded and downloaded.
4. UNSIGNED and willing to be signed for a major recording contract.
5. Have hit songs.
6. Have star potential.
7. Have local/regional or international airplay on commercial radio.
8. Have local/regional or international press coverage.
9. Have own website or website on Myspace.

In order to qualify for a submission and recommendation process an artist MUST HAVE those objectives:

1. Upcoming Shows or Regular Tour Dates.
2. Previous Venues Played or Live Performances History.
3. Album or Albums for Sale.
4. Have other Musical Achievements.
5. Professionalism and artist's profile presentation.
6. Worldwide Music Fan base or number (worldwide) of "own music fans" without any other artists, bands or any other people related to the music industry.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. There is not any age limit.
2. Artists or bands may apply from all over the world regardless of their county of origin or family background, providing that they are UNSIGNED and "serious about their music career".
3. The songs must be sang in ENGLISH language only.
4. All artists submissions will be reviewed and judged on a music merit based on "entire music career" not just on a single song or few songs, or a video or few videos uploaded on their profiles.
5. All of the artists or bands interested for a recording contract are subject to a review process and judged against the French Band "SHUDDERWALL" regardless of their music genre or they are solo artist or a band.

6. All submission and recommendation process for all of the artists and bands who qualify for a "possible" recording contract with Major Records Labels will be "FREE OF CHARGE". All what you will have to pay it is the cost for your own PROMOTION KIT and to send your Promotion Kit by the post to United Kindom.
7. All details about your own PROMOTION KIT, it will be explained to all of the artists and bands who qualify for a recording contract a few weeks prior to complition of a recommendation process to Major Records Labels.
